Stop Manifesting Doubt

Overcome these 3 blocks to manifest everything your heart desires

Since I was a little kid I have been trying to crack the code of manifestation. My original assumption was, that if I wanted something, I would get it. This turned out to not be true. I thought that was pretty curious. So, I tried not wanting things. That also had mixed results. Sometimes I got things I wanted and sometimes I got things I didn’t want. Sometimes I got nothing at all.

I realized that thinking about outcomes seemed to have no impact on manifesting them. Desiring outcomes had no impact. Praying for outcomes had no impact. Getting angry at God had no impact. Eventually, I surrendered to the helpless realization that manifestation on Earth was either pure chaos, or more complex than I could understand at the age of 6. I left the problem for my older self to solve.

Since then I’ve become very well educated on manifestation. I’ve read a lot of books, talked to a lot of really powerful people, and I’ve practiced a lot of different techniques - but despite this, in the past, I haven’t always gotten very good or reliable results.

For many years, I always chalked this up to the fact that “Earth is a very slow computer,” and while that explains some of my past difficulty, I have a few other ideas I’d like to share with you. I really feel I have finally cracked manifesting on Earth, and I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned with you.

We are magnetic portals of radiant energy. Every thought and feeling inside of us causes energies to be magnetized toward or away from us. So why is it that, even when we feel that we are 100% aligned to receive our heart’s desire, we don’t always get it?

1. Trauma and Unfinished Shadow Work

All of us have some aspects of ourselves that were not accepted by our parents or caregivers when we were small. We hid those parts away from ourselves and banished them for our survival and so that we could be accepted. Re-integrating these parts with unconditional love and total understanding is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for aligning your magnetic energy body as a singular system. Without doing this work, you have massive energy forces working against your best interests, sabotaging your magnetism, and causing repeated traumas to unfold in your life. 2. Uncertainty and Doubt

I don’t think any of us realize how much uncertainty and doubt we each carry. Every single doubt and worry that you have is throwing off your energy body and manifesting a secondary reality that is energetically fueled by your doubt. A few months ago I was watching this amazing Elizabeth April YouTube video that just made it all click for me. If you are manifesting a desire, and it feels big, and grand, and expansive, it’s likely that your ego is going to step in and say, “That’s not possible.” The second that your doubt kicks in, you’re jeopardizing your desire because you are actually manifesting a secondary timeline that is based on the magnetism of your doubt and insecurity! Be sure of what you want and what you deserve. Know that the universe wants to make all of your dreams come true! Relax to allow them to flow in!

3. Attaching to Physical Outcome

Our egos think that we are in control of everything that happens to us. Instead, it really helps to surrender to the universe and allow blessings to flow to us in a divine manner. The ego’s obsession with control means that we have a very specific idea of what we want. The ego gets obsessed with the physical reality. “I want to live in a house with this many square feet. I want to be in a relationship with this person and no one else. I want to get a job at this company and no other company.”

But attaching to the physical outcome will almost always mess your manifesting up because that’s just literally not how the universe works. The universe works with feeling states because that is what really matters. Physical reality is not the most important reality! When you realize this, you can detach from the expectation of physical outcome and you can tune into the feeling state of what you desire. Instead, say, “I want to live in a house that feels spacious, joyous, and where I feel free to dance. I want to be in a relationship where I feel desire, supported, loved, and understood. I want a life full of goal-oriented fulfillment.” When you surrender to this way of thinking, you are working in alignment with how the universe actually works.
